COPAS is a collective foundation that many small and medium-sized businesses and employers from various industries are affiliated with. Insured members who want to buy or build owner-occupied housing can apply for an advance withdrawal of up to half of their free retirement assets.
The process runs through the affiliated employer and then directly with COPAS. The application covers the purchase price, the equity, and the loan-to-value ratio. COPAS coordinates the payout directly with the lender.
