Zürcher Kantonalbank is the cantonal bank of the canton of Zurich and offers construction financing as its own product. New builds, conversions and energy-related renovations are all covered; repayment begins after construction is complete and is agreed individually. If staged payout through mortgage tranches doesn't fit a given project, a classic construction loan is also available.
For energy-efficient projects, the bank offers an environmental loan with a reduced interest rate. The website provides a mortgage calculator, and content is available in German, English and French.
