HypoPlus is the mortgage partner of Comparis and has belonged to the Comparis group since 2013. You can submit a request online through the website, but the actual advice and the gathering of quotes then happen by phone or in person. The advisors work with each client to build a financing solution, find a suitable lender and negotiate the terms.
HypoPlus brokers independently and doesn't offer its own products. It compares offers from banks, insurers, pension funds and investment foundations. The service is free for customers and is paid for through a commission from the lender that closes the deal. It is based in Zurich.
