HypoPlus is the mortgage broker of the comparison service Comparis and has belonged to the Comparis Group since 2013. According to its own information, the firm carries no products of its own and instead compares offers from banks, insurers, pension funds and investment foundations.
In the process, HypoPlus advises on financing owner-occupied property, works out a suitable solution together with the customer, then looks for an appropriate lender, obtains offers and negotiates terms. The service is free for customers, since lenders pay a commission on completion.
